London | £85,000 to £95,000 base double OTE

Senior Alliance Growth Manager required by our exciting, high energy, market leading client selling Cloud Financial solutions.

This is a new role that will lead the strategy, direction, revenue and interlocks across the company’s digital network, working closely with strategic partners, business unit leaders and execution squad.

You will be working to formulate and drive a disciplined and comprehensive strategy to develop, monetize and scale the Business Outsource Program (BPO), driving operational excellence to empower practice transformation and enhance customer and partner experience.


This role requires a strong background in partners, proposition development and tech partner (ISV) strategy and execution. The goal is for this role to be viewed as a subject matter expert for business process outsourcing and a transformational leader at the company, who supports Strategic Partners to growth their revenues through BPO.


The ability to demonstrate impact and influence without direct control while maintaining excellent stakeholder collaboration and engagement are critical success factors for the role. Given their span of influence and experience, all internal stakeholders and partners will look to this leader for thought leadership and insights on the strategy and solutions for our BPO offering to partners and customers.


Key Responsibilities     

• Squad leader for outsource platforms and program, working with key stakeholders and business unit leaders to develop overall strategy, resource requirements, budget, timelines, execution, and success measures

• Strategic program oversight, planning and execution

• Partner with global BPO owner to define 1/3/5-year business plans and with local teams to develop execution strategies

• Introduce and embed key metrics and process to assess and measure performance

• Continually improve processes and experience to scale the business

• Drive strategy for major growth initiatives with strategic partnerships and wider market expansion

• Ability to embrace a growth mindset and inspire others

• Significant experience and knowledge of partner ecosystems and accountants’ market

• Proven record of developing and delivering new solutions to market, with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives

• Experience driving commercial success of propositions and programs indirectly

• Understanding and passion for leveraging strategic partnerships

• International experience, with knowledge of local market requirements

• Ability to manage and lead teams remotely and work effectively in a matrix organization

• Significant experience in influencing and presenting at a senior level

• Target and KPI driven, effective planner

• Outstanding commercial awareness


Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have: (5 or 6 Max)

• Five years’ experience in the software industry.

• University degree educated or equivalent experience

• Must have good communication and organizational skills, demonstrate initiative, and work well in a team-based environment

• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with ever changing priorities

• Be a strategic thinker, results-oriented, with a complete willingness to accept accountability for results

• Proven ability to bring groups together to complete tasks.

• Strong communication skills verbal and written, at the right level of details.

• Ability to put together attractive and convincing presentations

• Ability to travel to company sites

• Business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change at all levels internally and externally

• Effective at working independently and in a virtual team setting
